We are committed to enhancing the understanding and practice of ADR in Sarawak by providing a platform for networking, education, and professional development. We aim to set and uphold the highest standards in the field, ensuring that ADR practices are recognised both nationally and internationally.
Our vision is to be the leading authority in Sarawak to promote Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) in Sarawak and internationally. ADR which includes Adjudication, Arbitration, Conciliation, Expert Witness Resolution and Mediation.
We aspire to create awareness in Sarawak and internationally so differences and disputes do not escalate to litigation by efficient, fair and mutually beneficially resolution which will facilitate mutual resolution without resorting to adversarial litigation.
